What is Walk & Talk Therapy?
Walk & Talk Phone Therapy is a gentle, spacious alternative to traditional in-person or virtual sessions. It takes place over the phone—while you walk. That might mean a quiet forest path, a familiar route through your neighbourhood, or simply moving around your home.
There’s no video. No eye contact. No need to sit still.
Just your voice, your breath, your body—and our conversation.
This format can be especially supportive for those who:
• Feel more grounded or open while moving
• Prefer less visual or face-to-face intensity
• Benefit from the natural regulation of walking and fresh air
•Are sitting too much during the day or feeling burnt out by video calls
Some clients find that walking while talking allows thoughts and feelings to flow more easily—like the therapy is moving alongside them.
